Dr. Laurie Yates is a Visiting Professor in Management at Oregon Tech. A native of the Pacific Northwest, Laurie has an extensive management background in both entrepreneurial and large corporations. She holds a Doctor of Management from George Fox University and an MBA from the University of Oregon. Dr. Yates presents at national and international academic conferences in her areas of expertise which include leadership, management, ethics, organizational behavior, human resources, and business education. She also actively engages in research and scholarship, publishing in a variety of peer reviewed journals such as the International Leadership Journal, the Western Journal of Human Resource Management and the Journal of Values-Based Leadership.
